1. Do I really need a website?

Often times your website is the only impression you'll have on prospective clients. The families of your prospective clients do research on home health companies online. Often times they will not call you if they can't do research on you beforehand.

We understand that you will need to periodically hire more caregivers. We offer an Info Request Form for them to contact you. This makes your hiring search easier.

2. Do I have control of my site?

Each month you pay a monthly fee, which covers server hosting and 2 hours of updates per month. Any time of any day of the year you can request changes to your website through an email request. We have dedicated web designers and programmers ready to make those edits within a couple days, and sometimes they are done same day.

3. What makes SNF Websites different?

Your website needs to be more than a shiny brochure. It needs to provide professionally written content to enhance your brand. It also ought to make your life easier. Our Info Request forms for caregivers allows for your new hires to find you. There is also an Info Request form for your new clients/patients to find you.

We also offer a slide show on the home page. We have placeholder photos in place. You are welcome to send us your digital jpg images and we will replace as many of the pictures as you'd like.

As an added benefit, we will add your logo and tagline to the top bar. If you do not have a logo we can type your business name in the top bar using one of our type font choices.

4. I do not have a logo to send you. Or I do not have it saved digitally. What do I do?

Part of what makes SNF Websites unique is that we take the time to add your logo to the top bar of the site. If you do not have a logo we can type your business name in the top bar using one of our type font choices.

If you do not have it saved digitally you will need to ask the original logo designer to email you the vector eps file, or as a second choice the tif or high res jpg file at 300 dpi. You can then forward that file to our design department and we will incorporate it into the site header.

5. Will my site show up on a Google search?

We create your site with search engine optimization in mind. We know you want to rank high, and we will do all we can to that end both in the design of your site and in the code behind the scenes. The search engines constantly change how they index websites, we continually monitor new developments to make sure your site is properly optimized.

6. Can I get visitor and site statistics?

Yes. We can set up Google analytics at your request. Please email us concerning this option.

7. Will my site still look relevant next year?

With two hours of updates available every month, we are available to make constant updates at your request. Also, periodically we will be adding content options. We will make you aware of these options and you can choose to take advantage of this additional content or updated content.

8. Do you have a Money Back Guarantee?

Yes. If after the first 30 days, you are not thoroughly satisfied, we will happily refund your first monthly fee and release you from the contract. Because it takes a tremendous effort on our part to customize the design and to program the website, the set up fee cannot be refunded.

9. What is the difference between a domain name URL and the Hosting?

URL (Uniform Resource Locator) is a domain name like, www.yourname.com. You lease the domain name. As long as you lease it, it is yours. You may control your own domain name, we just need the DNS pointed to our servers, and we can walk you through this process or do it for you.

Hosting is the server space you reserve for your website and email. Hosting is a monthly or annual payment. Hosting is always a different fee from the domain registrar, although some companies offer both services (GoDaddy, Network Solutions, etc.).

If you do not have a domain name, we can help you search and reserve one or we can do it for you. Part of your monthly fee goes to the hosting costs.
